I’ve just had my 13th stent fitted and two more inflated, quadruple bypass almost three years ago but still find exercise difficult as I am finding numbness pain in my upper back, if I stop walking for day 15mins it goes, start walking again after few mins it returns, just wondering if anyone else had experienced this, use to be so active before my unexpected opp but now can’t do much at all, dance instructor for 20 years I’m now 59 and can’t believe I’m in this situation x
