What specific surgeries did you have and what medications are you on?

This sounds very distressing for you. Have you gone to the Dr for any diagnosis or help?

Have you told any close friends or family who could support you and come with you to the Dr?

You may have partied when you were younger but that doesn’t mean you can’t have some life now!:)

Sorry to hear you have been through so much.

This could be an age thing of course.

I suffered quite server brain damage from a car accident as a child.

I have always been like someone suffering from dementia since that accident. But evan I am finding a bit of a difference of late on short term memory.

I think you need a visit to your Gp really, posibly get some support and awnsers.

In the meantime maybe write yourself little notes. The coloured notelets are good for that.

Keep your brain stimulated with simple tasks.

Play some visual brain games. You can test yourself around the house.

Google brain games. There are some quite good ones on there.

Maybe try to write, storeys, poems & songs. Do a bit of research on something or someone you have always been interested in.

Most importantly, don't worry or make assumptions of something that isn't fact.

Go and see your Gp, keep mentality & physically active all the time.

Keep well and keep us updated. Best wishes Jo xx
