Being diagnosed fibromyalgia

Hi everyone, I have been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I had an 24 hour ecg thing attached to me. I just got results back my sinus tachyarrhythmias is beating to fast. They want further test like CTPA for my asthma. I've been looking up other symptoms with fibromyalgia and heart valves can be affected

Yes I been tested for my angiography came clear. But apparently L could have cococharditis not sure if it's spelt right but it's a condition where fibromalgia can affect heart muscles and chest wall it mimics the symptoms of a heart attack.
