Third Ablation?

Hi all,

Looking for some advice, I have been offered a third RF Ablation and have 6 months to make a decision and was wondering if anyone else has had three and if they had any increased issues afterwards / advice on risks from a third time?

Whether or not your risk increases with a third time really depends on what you are having the ablation for, and whereabouts they are ablating.

Have you had a chat with your doctors about the risks? They would be the best people to advise you on this, as they know you and your condition the best. It would also be worth enquiring whether there is a specialist arrhythmia nurse who is part of your medical team. He or she would be a good person to chat to and will be able to provide you with some guidance.
