Introducing myself

Hi I'm new here, I was diagnosed with HCM 4 years ago but really didn't know how serious it was, I havn't had any worries about it and put my breathlessness down to Asthma, I am looking forward to knowing more about this condition and reading other peoples experiences, I keep fit as best as I can without overdoing it, and now as I'm in my 60's I am trying to cut down on my workload, the doctors seem to be ok with me and are not seeing me again for 2 years,,,,,,,
