Welcome to our new online community! Here's a space for you to chat to each other about how you keep your heart healthy. Hundreds of thousands of people across the UK have high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes. Some of you might be looking to quit smoking, and others may want to reduce their weight and start exercising and following a healthy diet. All these things are important if you're looking to keep your heart healthy and keep heart disease at bay. We hope you enjoy sharing your top tips for success and supporting each other in making positive lifestyle changes.
