I have X-rays on hands and hops which show this and pain all over body at different times. I also cannot wake up in the morning and takes me till early afternoon to be able to keep eyes open. I also have polymyalgia, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Can anyone give advice.

Do you have psoriasis or a family history of psoriasis?
I have mild psoriasis and it is possible my father could have had it. One of my daughters has it mildly.
Then you could definitely have psoriatic arthritis but the diagnosis isn’t necessarily straightforward and no test to really give definite diagnosis…. I hope you don’t have it I developed it 5 years ago and still battling to tamp down the pain…. I self inject immunosuppressive monthly and take Otezla twice a day… pure torture.
Sorry to hear about your experience. You are the first person I have had contact with who has it. Do you have this fatigue or sleepiness. It is driving me mad.
I’m 74, and I’ve just been diagnosed with it. I also have Crohn’s, Sjorgren’s, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. I don’t have the typical psoriasis ‘rash’ but very itchy and dry skin. All of the autoimmune diseases seem to make one tired all the time, (unless they’re in remission). It’s one of the major symptoms. I spend a lot of time in bed, sadly not much of it asleep, because of discomfort and pain!
