Hi everyone saw the derm. today first time and since condition of my hands and feet is greatly improved(a bit of redness,occasional itching and dry skin)she diagnosed me from my photos that it is psoriasis.she was glad it was gone now, since I found what works for me and didn't need any additional treatment she discharged me,said it may flare up again or not,and said that humira does trigger it in some cases(psoriasis),and that food in many cases (like mine) does not trigger it,but we r all so different.i wish u all the best
