Today I am taking on the world in shorts and going sleeveless....

To most people this would be normal, but with severe psoriasis ons most of my body covering up is quite normal.

I hope I survive XD and keep my head high. I want to be proudly Psoriasis and stick it to the world!!!

Or maybe Im just a little bit crazy :P

No not crazy at all! Years ago I gave up on covering up and thought @@@@@@ and I've been wearing short sleeves and shorts ever since through out the summer months. People stared at first so I stared right back with a look that said " just try it" but no one said a word to me. So my advise is "go girl" same applies to men!

I don't think you're crazy either, I think you're great! I defiantly wore a sleeveless dress and shorts etc. last summer and that felt good! Then, as the weather got colder and I started to cover up in warmer clothes I lost my nerve.

I'm so much better now but one thing I've learned is to be conscientious about managing psoriasis. I think I was more self-conscious when the rash FELT particularly bad ..... when I kept it well-moisturised I was less inclined to be aware of it and therefore less aware of what others might think.
