Sooo fat

So I must be about 18 stone now after Christmas! Bought lots of rubbish foods and alcohol and now I'm regretting it! I do regularly go to the gym and I'm actually quite fit but fat! Come Thursday I'm going to weigh myself and get a grip and lose this weight as I know I'm on a viscous circle , my backs hurting because my weight is increasing and my depression is getting worse because I'm not happy about myself!

I have been part of this group for a while now and I am surprised at all of the posts about being fat. The name of this group is beyond body size yet not one post has been written about that. As someone who has struggled with weight my whole life I have decided to finally move beyond body size and numbers on a stupid scale to truly love myself and find holistic health. I hope the same for you.
