Hi guys i’ve been to the doctors on thursday they gave me 3 200mg persaries it’s sunday now it’s still not gone my vagina is swelling and burning it’s so sore and itchy what can i do

Did the doctor actually examine and take swabs to make sure it's thrush? I was treated for thrush for nearly a year before I was told its actually lichen sclerosus. It has the same symptoms without the discharge
