Thrush is an yeast infection and wouldn't have been caused by Detol. If you definitely know it's Thrush, then buy some Canesten cream from a pharmacy. If you're unsure as to whether it's Thrush, then go to your doctor. Maybe the Detol has caused some allergic reaction, so again go to your doctor.
