Yes you can have eat spicy food during pregnancy. But some people get heartburn after eating which can be an issue especially later on in your pregnancy.

Hi.. I guess it all depends on what you call hot & spicy? I enjoy those foods but not what I call mind blowing hot!! It's probably best to tone it down as it might upset your stomach. I've copied a link which answers a lot of questions about diet during pregnancy, which you might find useful.. hope that helps.

Congratulations . Non pasteurised foods are the ones to avoid in the main, there are plenty of internet resources that can advise you about your diet .
