So I had sex yesterday and it was really rough and we used a condom with no lube.it did hurt during the sex.and I felt pain afterwards.then I felt a terrible burning sensation urinating and I also feel itchiness and irritation and still feel it the next day.this has never happened before.could I have an infection or will this go away.i also urinated before having sex

I doubt it's an infection if condoms were used. However his roughness probably caused irritation. Whether male or female sometimes lube is best and talking to your partner about your needs can also help. If they continue to be rough after knowing it hurts you then they don't care about your needs at all.
