Clitoris and Vagina pain

I have pain in my clitoris on the left side hurts to touch like a bruise and to sit on have sharp pains. Had rough oral sex 3 months ago where I went numb. Was numb for 3 months until now. Could the nerves or tissue have been damaged. Is there any way to repair it as it is so painful?

This is an unusual symptom as numbness does not usually happen after even "rough sex " unless there is nerve damage - and for that you would need some serious skin trauma. I would be looking at other causes, psychosexual, or local nerve entrapment. You should see a sexual health or gynaecological doctor.

It was very rough in the clitoral area. I have more a sharp pain now like the tissue or nerve has been damaged. Is this the pudendal nerve?

The pudendal nerve supplies the external genitalia. You should attend a sexual health service for an assessment.
