Hi,

I am a male.

Hard to explain but I always have a very slight tingling feel down below.

I also often have a waxy white substance that comes off the head of my penis when I rub and clean it.

I have no pain when urinating etc.

I was thinking maybe thrush.

I have hot baths every day.

Any opinions?

this is more likely to be smegma , which is the appearance of dead skin cells when comes off the penis , rather than the flakes that come off the rest of your skin. Don't overwash, use aqueous cream or Dermol, and moisturise with something like Diprobase. If there is associated redness, you might have a mild inflammatory balanitis, use a topical steroid for a bit , like hydrocortisone 1%

Thanks alot for your reply. I was worrying it was yeast infection or something.

Wasnt aware it was a good idea to moisturise the glans...I will try it out.
