You can't buy over the counter u have to see a doctor
If you know you have Chlamydia you can get free treatment at a Gum clinic and help with partner notification. Chlamydia is the only infection it will treat in this dose so be sure you have had a full screen. However f you really won't/can't go to a sexual health clinic or GP then you can buy over counter for £25 - Simple Google search.
