I got treated for chlamydia two days ago. Yesterday when I went to the bathroom I noticed a brown discharge that could be my period, but I am not sure? Would someone please be able to tell me what this is? & if it is my period, is it normal to get your period after chlamydia treatment?

It's probably changed blood from your period coming, it's unlikely to be related to the Chlamydia antibiotics.
May sure you have a repeat Chlamydia test in six weeks to make sure it's cleared though.
