Hi, recently I have found a rather large spot on the shaft of my penis that is rather sore. What could it be?

I've been researching this for awhile. The spot randomly appeared yesterday and is the second time it has emerged. The first time it emerged it was on a different location of my penis shaft. The last one seemed to pop from the pressure of the water from a shower. I'm getting really worried this could be related to Genital Herpes or Genital Warts.

It's probably a sebaceous cyst (blocked sweat gland). Id it happens again head to a sexual health clinics and let an expert have a look (and have a checkup too) - It doesn't sound like herpes or a wart.
