Hi my baby boy is 11 months now, he’s been teething (drooling, gnawing everything in reach, poor sleep, red cheeks etc) on and off since 4 months but I haven’t seen any sign of a tooth bud popping through. I feel so bad for him he’s had such a hard time with it all and still no teeth to show for it! Should I be worried that he’s not had one yet?
Thanks

Don't worry, it shouldn't be an issue. My LG didn't get her first tooth until 11.5 months and then the second one popped out about a month later. She is nearly 17 months old now and just had another 2 cut through in the last 2 weeks! It is usually genetic. Her dad didn't get ANY teeth until he was 18 months old and he has a great set of now! If your LB gets to 18 months without any teeth then I would mention it to your HV or a dentist, but I don't think there is anything to worry about right now.
I honestly didn't mind no teeth because it meant I didn't have to worry about brushing for a long time, plus she still looked more like a baby 😊 However, I do feel your pain as it felt like my LG was teething forever but never had any teeth to show for it. I swear she was dribbling and gnawing on things from 4 months old!
Just another thing to mention in case it happens to your little boy, but from around 14 months old you could see the shape of 6 top teeth bulging out of my LG's gums but, as I said, 2 of them have only just cut through recently, so they are ready to come out, it is just a case of when!
