I’m 13+4 weeks pregnant and I had my first ultrasound a couple days ago and the doctors had told me that they couldn’t find the baby nor a heart beat. They say I may be still early and be 7 weeks pregnant or I may of had a possible miscarriage. I don’t know what’s wrong.

Hi there, hugs for you.... I know it's so much of confusion thorwn into the pregnancy to handle for anyone. I don't quite understand this part of 7 weeks gestation when you first state it as 13+4. For how long your AF didn't show up? Also if you've been on active TTC and tracking ovulation there's no way the counting of weeks can go any erroneous. Yes thel chance of ectopic or anembryonic pregnancy can not be ruled out totally. But I still think MC is not possible unless you've had bleeded already. Even if your endometrium layer is too thick and didn't break the scan should be able to visualise what lead to elevation of all the hormones that lead to thickning of endometrium. I know it's much late for any imputs on the same or even trying to help you but then hope this comment is found by ones who need it in the same way as you did.
