Totally! They haven’t kicked me off yet! I’ve been aware of and sought diagnosis for 2 years now but self diagnosed myself for a year now.
How has it been for you? For me its been liberating, a bit humiliating depending on the situation or people I’m around, but a weight off my chest that I didn’t realise I had.
However I get imposter syndrome frequently and I don’t trust my own judgment so I feel like a fraud thus seek validation through an official diagnosis. Just to quell my own doubts.
