Hello, my son has been suffering from constipation for 9 months, I have taken to the Gp had X-ray done , they said everything is fine ,he has been taking laxative, other medicines from the counter, he doesn't have healthy eating habits, all he likes pizza, burgers, and chips, when I tries to explain him then it goes into arguments, there is a dietician in hillingdon Borough specialising in autism, so I have asked the Gp to referee him to dietician, they have refused for the referral. Could you please advise pathway to referee him via NHS

Merry Christmas and Happy New year 🎉 stay safe

You say nothing about what you may have tried, to give him relief. I have also had this problem in the past and I recommend to eat dried fruits like figs and dates, as well as getting medical advice from a few different sources.
