Has anyone here been diagnosed with both ASD and FND (Functional Neurological Disorder)/Conversion Disorder? I have FND and my specialist told me he sees many FND patients who are also autistic. If so, have you found any treatments that actually work? The treatments for FND seem to be good for neurotypicals, but useless or even harmful for the neurodiverse.

I also have Autism and FND, amongst other things .
I'm prescribed Gabapentin and paracetamol at max dose per day. Nothing seems to work
If you find an answer a solution to this pain please let me know lol
