How frequent is tremor of head and limbs in Ataxias?

Is it possible to have ataxia and essential tremor at the same time? Do they overlap or is one dominant?

I have recently developed tremours in the right hand.Given I never had such a thing before,I am inclined of the view that it is Ataxia which is always there. The tremours are dominant as long as they last.
