Our annual Wellbeing Week is fast approaching!

Join us from Monday 3rd February to Friday 7th February 2025 for a range of FREE sessions all held online over Zoom.

Want to boost your emotional wellbeing? Then join All About Ataxia+ Your Mental Health with the Services Team as they engage in meaningful conversations about our mental wellbeing and explore strategies for its care and maintenance.

How about increasing your physical wellbeing? Then join Managing Symptoms with Dr Michael Parkinson, a specialist neurologist from the London Ataxia Clinic, as he discusses how best to manage the different types of ataxia symptoms over time.

Please note space is limited for some activities, so don't delay in registering on our webpage: ataxia.org.uk/wellbeingweek...
