two years ago, where does the time go? I posted about trying out acupuncture, particularly to improve proprioception. I didn’t have it for long before I realised the benefits were transitory and slight. I came to the conclusion that rather than increasing proprioception I would do better to damp it down. Too much information caused brain freeze or worse, panic.

asking my non cereballar brain to make the fine decisions and movement of the cerebellum was a recipe for disaster. I now ask my slow brain to make simple movements only, and at a slow speed.

I am enjoying moving treacle like through a world full of blue arsed flies!

Exploration continues. I will report back if I find anything interesting to share.
