I get out of my motability car, dive across pavement to grab post holding disabled blue badge, hold onto gate post, open gate..... hold onto fence as I move towards front door...., I grab hand rails either side of front door, pull myself up three steps into my front door, then into my lounge, working my way around the room holding onto doorframe, walls and furniture, until I reach my recliner chair, and sit down with relief, to get my breath back..... all this takes me about fifteen minutes...... how about you folks!
