EA-1 Ataxia recipient since age 6 or 7

To WibbleyWobbly: I take a maintenance dose of Prozac (20mg per day) for EA-1 Ataxia. Works the best; and avoid stress!

I have now been given Ixel antidepressants. They're working great, I feel so much better. I had a few side effects at the beginning - one of the being vertigo - as if I don't have that problem anyway lol. But the vertigo only lasted a few days - was actually sick in the night the first day!!!☹ . Only other side effect at mo is hot flushes - def from the meds not my age - haha, but they are fading too. So all good so far. I don't intend to be without anti depressants again. I really can't manage without them.

is there anyone out there who manages to stay positive without the meds?? I'm interested to know
