I was told two month ago by a neurologist that I have acquired Ataxai following an accident affecting the frontal lobe two years ago.

Anyone able to tell me what to expect?

Dear theronwinn.

It's very difficult to tell you what to expect as we all have different symptoms and also in the main it progresses at different speeds. If you contact Ataxia UK they will send you a very helpful pack which covers many of the questions you will have and also give you details of your local support group. You will find a great deal of comfort from this website which helps you realize you are not on your own

Good luck and very best wishes. Ted
