I have tremors/twitches aswell as far as I know I think there is a certain medication that helps with them....I personally just put up with it (another bloody symptom of this frustrating condition 🙄)

I have Neuropathy and have been diagnosed with Ataxia, also. I do not have massive twitching. I would advise you to see a movement disorders specialist, who would be able to analyze the twitching. Oftentimes, emg tests are performed for that.

I suffer with neuropathy as well as cerebellar ataxia. Often i get what i call spasms. It feels like something is running/crawling under my skin. Maybe exercise helps - i do lots. Make sure you drink plenty of water too. Try eating bananas (they're full of nutrients including potassium) which helps cramp & may help you with twitching?

😕

I know the 'twitching' comes along with neuro conditions, but wondered if they have become worse, if you are taking or have increased any medication ?

My husband has tremors too, sometimes they are brought on by concentrating so much he forgets to regulate his breathing. He also used to complain of electric type shocks that ran through his arm or neck.

He is having to think much more nowadays about swallowing regularly, breathing and blinking.

I have neuropathy as well as ataxia and restless leg syndrome. Ido have tremors but also twitches, sometimes my legs and arms jump for no reason, it is called periodic limb movement. I don't have if all the time, mostly when I am tired.
