What is the Alexander Technique, as I've never heard of it? Anyway, here's hoping it helps you..., ;o)

Its kind of about posture and the way you move about, best to look it up on line for more info. I have been 4 times now and found it a huge help, partyly a boost to confidence and also have been lucky enough to find a great teacher which is important.

Thank you for responding to me about the Alexander Technique! I live in the USA and looked it up online. I'm so glad it's helping you! I found several teachers about 25 miles from my home. It sounds like it may be very helpful for me as well! My best to you..., ;o)

I think it's certain relaxation point's and position's for your body that help you move without stress. I looked it up online and this is the way I interpret it. I don't know for sure, as I've never done it before. Look it up online please for more information. Hopefully someone will answer that has done the Alexander Technique. ;o)
