I don't know but I have read a lot of information about it and it seems it is good for many things. However, there are three main types of oil and they range in price from as little as £3 up to as much as £100 so it's very confusing which one to buy......I'm still looking into it.

I seem to recall reading something on the PubMed website about Frankincense oil being tested for people with neurological diseases but don't have time right now to try and find it but it may well be worthwhile having a look :-)

Hi oils do help - but please be wary of spending too much money. Its not worth it.

I use mustard oil for my legs and feet. I find that this helps muscle stiffness, jerke and cramps

I use coconut oil for my scalp. This relaxes me.

The oils don't take effect immediately. I have been using them since August and now I can see the difference.

I guess it's a case of 'suck it and see' as with anything? I very much doubt that it can do any harm, unless you try to ingest it? and if it works for you then, carry on. I love the smell of Frankinsense so I will definately be giving this a try!

Keep smiling,
