Hi ☺ helen555 ~ I have this type of Ataxia ~ mine is called Progressive Episodic Ataxia. I finally read the site wobblybee says - looks like I need to talk to my GP☺ It's really cruel this type of Ataxia BUT not as bad as some types so when you're "attacking" you MUST remember this ~ it really doesn't matter what type you are diagnosed with all the symptoms are the same, every type is different to a point eg: I'm really affected by changes in the weather ~ stress brings on massive attacks~ you MUST stay calm at as all costs ~ try to exercise ~ whatever way your body now lets you ~ shakes are really hard ~ mine have finally gone to my legs ~ Just read all the old posts on this site, it really will help 😌
