Can anyone tell me are there Facebook groups specifically for parents and/or siblings of people with ataxia?

I am a parent too and have not been able to chat to other parents either... I know there is a support group in Bradford that I have attended... But again no parents.

Ataxia UK has set up a facebook group for parents whose children have ataxia. It is a private group which members need to be invited to in order to post and speak to the other parents.

To join please post on the Ataxia UK facebook page or send us a private message (so we can see your facebook profile) facebook.com/ataxiauk?fref=ts

From here I will send you a friend request and once confirmed I will add you to the group.

There's a group for parents/friends/significant others/siblings on the Living With Ataxia website. I've no personal experience of it - just trying to be helpful !
