Asthma and seasonal irritants!!

Hi everyone! I have eosinophilic asthma and rhinitis, I was diagnosed last year. I am on fostair 200, montelukast, I take fexofenadine 120 mg and I have Dymista nasal spray. BUT even though I am on all this I feel like I m being irritated by something at this time of year as my nose gets quite runny and chest feels a little bit irritated...I did have allergies testing but nothing showed up! Although I do think that’s a bit of a needle in a haystack!

So my question is...even though I am not allergic to anything that I know of, can things such as seasonal pollen etc still irritate you? I ve also noticed I have slightly dark circles under my eyes which again i m assuming is also due to an irritant?! Hope that all makes sense!!! Thank you 😊

Definitely esp at this time of the year .im on fostair and monteluckast also spiriva and steroid nasal spray and have had an asthma flare for 3 weeks just finished my 5 day rescue press which has helped get my peak flow back up but I’m still coughing and using my reliever a lot .The change of season with the trees blossoming and grass pollen increasing doesn’t help 😟😟
