amazon.co.uk/SoClean-Saniti.... Anyone ever heard of or used this sanitiser. There is no way to get it through the NHS, I have asked my consultants to be told NHS would not recommend this because it's not known how it works to sanitise cpap machines, I have a bipap machine, I would really love to know how else to get it besides buying it. It is not cheap.

It may be worth talking to your pharmacist. I know you can order various equipment via them and they may just have feedback from customers. I tend to take Amazon reviews with a pinch of salt as they can be monetised.
Asthma UK may also be able to help if you telephone them.
