Hi all so recently I have been doing a lot more exercise and going on buses a lot and my asthma decided to show back up the typical symptoms. After being house bound for years practically going out only sometimes I kind of never bothered with my inhalers even though i should have been. So iam back on inhalers my questions are these...Does anyone else have this issue where they eat a large meal and after it feel as if its harder to breathe like that tightness feeling? I have only been on my inhalers for 2 days. Also my sleep has been bad with waking up trying get my breath so its ok to take the blue inhaler until my preventor kicks in? before bed i see the asthma nurse on wed.

Yes, I can feel you. I have similar experience whenever I eat heavy carbohydrate meal before going to bed. I get bloated and find it difficult to sleep Of even snore the more. It also makes worse my asthma feelings the following morning. Having a realized that, I often eat atleast 3 hours to bed and have 15-20 mins walk 30 mins after supper and that makes me feel great
