In case anyone doesn’t know, the Apple Health app has sections for asthma, including: Inhaler Usage, Forced Expiratory Volume, Forced Vital Capacity, Peak Expiratory Flow Rate, Oxygen Saturation and Heart Rate.

The world is yours.

EDIT: A couple of comments down, there are instructions on how to find the app and where to find the asthma related sections.

And here’s some general info on using the Apple Health app. imore.com/how-set-and-start...

Thanks for sharing that - I genuinely had no idea it was tucked in there! Even then I had to go hunting once you had said it - found it in results then able to add them in to my favourites 👍🏻

Hi glassnut, the icon is plain white with a red love heart. To search for it:

— go to where all the app icons live on your iPhone,

— swipe down on the screen

— type health in the search field at the top.

If the health app doesn’t appear, you may need to update iOS, or your iPhone may be too old.

The health app is only available on the iPhone, not iPad. Really old iPhones probably aren’t eligible. You will also need to have a reasonably recent version of iOS. To update iOS, go to the settings app:

Settings->General->Software Update.

.

When the Health app is running, to get to the asthma relevant stuff:

— press the Health Data button at the bottom of the screen

— scroll down and press ‘Results’
