Does Anyone use manuka honey or apple cider vinegar?

Hi everyone,Just wondering if anyone uses manuka honey and has found a benefit? I’ve just been reading a few articles saying it’s really good for anti-inflammatory and has antibiotic properties? Also what about Apple cider vinegar? Just pondering if I should get some, I’m sensitive to meds and so I’m on a bit of a health mission, but I’d rather hear it from people who have tried and tested it as I don’t believe everything I read.

Thank you, Matilda 😊

I have been using local honey. I don't know if it helps, but I figure at least I am supporting local businesses.

I make up tea with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, local honey and apple cider vinegar every morning. Who knows if it does any good, doesn’t do any harm and I quite like it though!

Sounds interesting - what's the recipe?

Tsp of the spices, tbsp of honey, couple of splashes of vinegar (too much tastes bitter) and a litre and a half of boiling water, leave it on the hot plate and drink over the day. It’s called Anti Inflammatory Tea.

Have tried manuka honey for myself and bought it for others with chest problems and had mixed reviews. Apparently the higher the strength the better. My last purchase was 24+ which cost £55 from Holland and barret can't say it did anything really just when you so unwell you try anything don't you? Apple cider vinegar very bitter and an acquired taste but not too expensive to try. I was given a recommendation from the site for serrapeptase 80,000iu which I'm taking for inflammation does help a little. I think you have to just try yourself as what works for one may not work for another. My mum swore by honey just local bought and I bought 15+ strength for her too. Don't think been much help but give anything a shot if you unwell😊

Yes I have apple cider vinegar capsules and I take a tea spoon in Manila each day plus tumeric capsules and I use timeric in all my food.

I found when I had a cold it doesn’t get as bad as it used to do before I took them.
