Hi everyone,Just wondering if anyone uses manuka honey and has found a benefit? I’ve just been reading a few articles saying it’s really good for anti-inflammatory and has antibiotic properties? Also what about Apple cider vinegar? Just pondering if I should get some, I’m sensitive to meds and so I’m on a bit of a health mission, but I’d rather hear it from people who have tried and tested it as I don’t believe everything I read.
