Combination inhalers

Hi all, looking for some advice before I head for annual review tomorrow.

I used seretide 250 for about a year but had to stop as I ended up with virtually no voice and couldn't do my job!

Doctor changed to symbicort 200 and whilst I do now have a voice my breathing is far worse.

Does anyone have similar experience or experience of alternatives I could chat through tomorrow to try and make life easier?

I don't particularly like the powder inhalers but I don't think that is the reason for the difference in symptoms I think that is just personal preference!
