Good morning hope u all well , I'm struggling with this muggy air again today cheat tight, wheezy and I'm hot wish this closeness killing me off on long trip to London again tomorrow for the liver man not looking forward to it and then another hospital Wednesday and again Thursday busy busy then Monday back to London for a MRI scan on my head all go well that's my rant have a good day take care x

Don't forget your little fan, and if USB, charged up fully. Be thinking of you as you cope with it all. A little spritz of water also helps, sometimes.
