Has anyone else been told to use Pulmicort nebs after exercising?

I am not awfully well at present, goodness knows why. Anyhow went to have the Prednisolone discussion with doctor this morning, as peak flow has been hovering round red zone for days now. He, like my consultant, do not want me to stop exercising, I explained I was having to use a lot of Ventolin to get through a work out. He said that as I had a nebulizer at home, I could try a pulmicort nebs after exercising. I have never heard of this before? Has anyone else? And if you have did you get any benefit?

Meanwhile back on Prednisolone waiting for those sleepless nights.
