Hi my name is Bridy, i don't know if this would be helpful to anyone on here. I have been on a HIGHER NATURE SALTPIPE since the middle of January.I am feeling a lot better, i was all ways chesty and getting chest infections. I have been fine for a month now hoping the saltpipe is the answer. I also have Salt lamps, i do hope that many of you fined this helpful.

Many Thanks Bridy - I always appreciate info on different things. I tried a salt fan where it blew lightly through a salt barrier. I've used it a few times at night and have found that I seem to be more alert in the mornings and get a better night's sleep. The change is slight but definitely there. I'll look up the slat pipe as I haven't heard of one of them Many Thanks
