Help with understanding increasing ICS

Hi

I am just completing my online asthma course. The last section I completed was seeing the patient with increased symptoms due to an URTI etc. I understand how you temporarily increase the dose of beclometasone but how does this work with the combined inhalers as you would be increasing the dose of LABA too?
