I know that AUk has made a complaint about the word 'sucker' being used to advertise the programme on children's asthma & I applaud them for that but was any other professional also angered by how the MDI is still being shown in advertisement used directly into the mouth particularly with ICS? I know that we are all working hard to improve the bioavailablility of medication in various ways in the hope of improving controll & the lack of pictures of people using large volume spacers, I find, very annoying as the media is very powerfull & could go a long way in helping us in this task.
