Sputum

Sorry, I know it's not pleasant but just wondered what people have had show up in sputum, or what's normal to find in sputum? Or is it supposed to be totally free from anything?

Googling seems to bring up rather technical and complicated results!

Thanks, and hope everyone is well!

Normal is flora. Abnormal is psuedomonas, aspergillosis, H. Influenzi, maxorella, capacIa and tuberculosis to name but a few. Hope this is helpful.
