Wine allergy advice please

So, I appear to have developed a wine allergy I'm presuming it's to the usual sulphites. I can figure the obvious out for myself (ie stop drinking wine!) but I was wondering if the sulphites evaporate when cooked & if there are any other drinks/foods I need to avoid? (I know about various dried fruit)
