Things are just going from bad to worse!!!!!

I can't go in to great detail as it's only just happened, but friday, I had a car accident, some idoit decided to drive towards me on the worng side of the road, and it's touch and go if the car's going to be written off, police called etc, looks like they are going to do the other driver for wreckless driving.

Had to go to A & E due to back and neck ache, been prescribed co-codamol and diazepam. No soft collar, aparently they don't do those anymore, not seen as making any difference.

And now, due to the stress of all this, I have a sever outbreak of shingles ao am now popping aciclovir. FFS. I really don't effing need this.

One thing tho I was pleased about was that I didn't have an asthma attack, normally stress does this.

oh well, that was my weekend.

aww sounds like a bit of a palava and a hell of a weekend!!

sendin lots of hugs ... as for the shingles which i am JUST gettin ove put camomile lotion on them to help dry them out.. it works!!

try and keep calm the last thing u need now is lungs to be stroppy!!

sorry to hear of recent events.

As katielou has said put camomile lotion on. When i had shingles at the beginning of last year i put large swabs/gauze over the area to stop my clothes irritating the area.

Hope u get better soon...the aciclovir should help and regular pain killers.

Sending uncrumpling hugs and a tonne of Aloe vera Gel - that worked for me for the shingles!
