Government proposals to help adults with Asthma

I'm trying to track down any national government proposals to help adults with asthma to have better control over their condition. Does anyone know of anything that specifically relates to Asthma? I have looked through the 'Choosing Health, Making Healthy Choices' but that doesn't seem to specifically mention Asthma, so if anyone can suggest a similar paper that indicates support for asthma I would be really grateful if you could point me in the right direction.

Many thanks
